Return and Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase.  All our phone cases are printed and handcraft in the UK, each case is checked before we dispatch to maintain the highest quality possible, but if you do have any issues, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.  Our phone cases come with 30 days warranty*, so if there is a fault with the phone case, we will replace within the warranty period, please contact us by email or fill in the Return Form before making any return/exchange, returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.


*Please note we can only replace with the same model and design to your initial purchased.

In accordance with this Return & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Return and Refund Policy” or “Policy”) PrintMyPhoneCase (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) will indicate the Provider’s policy for when and how our customers (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) can return a product or receive a refund for that product, if applicable.

Overview of Return and Refund Policy

​

If the User is not satisfied with the quality of the products he/she has received, the User should get in touch within 7 days after receipt of the product(s) (Contact Information are provided below) and if the Provider is satisfied that the User’s issue is accurate, such as, but not limited to in the case of a custom-made item, mistakes in picking of the used photos or there is a typo in the custom words on the product, and the evidence is validated by the Provider’s customer service team, the Provider will provide the User with a refund of the amount corresponding to 50% of the purchase price of the custom product. In the case of a return of a ready-made product, such products are subject to free return and full refund, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging, within 7 days.

For both the custom-made items and ready-made products, the refund will be made to the original payment account or as store credits, as soon as the returned item is received from the Provider. The item must be returned to the Provider in an unused condition and in its original packing, with the shipping fee prepaid (shipping fee is non-refundable). The Provider does not issue full refunds due to the fact that the Provider’s products are highly customized and tailor-made for the User. Correspondingly, store credit/discount can be applied to the remaining item of your order, if applicable, which may be adjusted accordingly if the discount is calculated based on the total order value and/or item count.

The User should verify with any relevant authorities in his/her country (or the intended country of the order) for any fees that may be imposed in order to receive the products ordered from PrintMyPhoneCase. PrintMyPhoneCase is not liable for any of these charges, and will not refund any item(s) returned to us owing to unaccepted/undelivered and/or any other cause, unless otherwise agreed in advance with PrintMyPhoneCase.

Reporting of a problem or issue with an order

​

Correspondingly, if there is a problem with the User’s order (e.g., a quality error or a delivery issue) that the User cannot resolve himself/herself, and he/she wants to contact the Provider using the information included below, he/she should also include the following:

​

  • Order ID

  • The description of the issue

  • Photos of the issue (mandatory for evidence purposes)

 

Defective, faulty or damaged products

​

If the User receives defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, lack of quality of the delivered product, mistakes in picking photos used or there is a typo in the custom words on the product then he/she may contact our customer care team to arrange a return.

Wrong address

​

If the User provides an address that is considered insufficient or wrong by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Provider. If the User wants to submit a new order with an updated address, the User will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

​

Additionally, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Provider. If the User wants to submit a new order, the User will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Right to cancel

​

As custom-made phone case takes up to 48 hours to complete so once a custom-made order has been place, we will start producing it as soon as possible, therefore, please contact us as soon as you can if you want cancel the order.


Appropriately, it is also important to point out that the User, when ordering a product, is able to cancel his/her order up to 1 day before his/her order is delivered. The User does not need to give a reason for cancelling.

Changes To Policy

 

The User can review the most current version of the Provider’s Return and Refund Policy at any time at this page.

The Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and changes to the Provider’s website. It is the User’s responsibility to check the Provider’s website periodically for changes. The User’s continued use of or access to the website or the Service following the posting of any changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Severability

​

In the event that any provision of this Policy is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from this Policy, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

This Return and Refund Policy represents the entire agreement between the two parties, the User and the Provider, completely replacing any other previous written or verbal agreements concerning the relationship of the two parties.
